Rates for Holiday Home 40

From June through September and during the Christmas and New Year’s season, Holiday Home 40 available for rent only on a weekly basis . During other periods, reservations can be made for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Exceptions available upon request.

Additional Information

  • Tourist tax: €3.00 per person, per night.

  • You are responsible for cleaning the property yourself.
    Cleaning supplies are provided.

  • Duvets and pillows are provided. You must bring your own bedding and linens.

  • Bed sizes: 1 double bed with 2 mattresses (80×200 cm) – 2 single beds (80×200 cm)

You rent Holiday Home 40 directly from the owners. Since we don’t have to pay any commission to rental agencies, we can keep the rental rates relatively low. Our rates are strictly net (excluding tourist tax). This means you don’t need to factor in any additional charges for, say, an extra person, an extra dog, or cleaning fees.
